reset Epson XP447 Adjustment Program ink pad

Hello everyone,

I am having trouble with my Epson XP447 printer and I believe that the ink pad needs to be reset using the Adjustment Program. Can anyone please provide me with guidance on how to do this or where I can find a reliable source to download the program? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
