Epson WF-C20600 Option Maintenance

Hi everyone, I recently purchased the Epson WF-C20600 printer and I'm having some trouble with the Option Maintenance feature. I'm not sure how to properly utilize it or if I even need to use it on a regular basis. Can anyone provide some guidance or tips on how to effectively utilize the Option Maintenance feature on this printer? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
