Epson l4160 red light reset not working

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased an Epson L4160 printer and I am having trouble with resetting the red light indicator. I have followed all the instructions provided by Epson, but the issue still persists. Has anyone else experienced this problem before? I would appreciate any advice or solution to help me resolve this issue.
