I recently purchased an Epson ET-2801 printer and I keep getting the service required message. I have tried troubleshooting it myself but cannot seem to fix the issue. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem and how long it took for Epson to resolve it. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
