I recently purchased a Pantum printer and I have been having some issues with the firmware. Whenever I try to update it, the printer freezes and I have to restart it multiple times before it finally works. Has anyone else experienced this problem with their Pantum printer? Or does anyone have any tips for successfully updating the firmware?
